Upgrade and Troubleshooting

Upgrade Firmware

Navigate to Settings > Check update. There will be a red dot if a new update is available. Tap the entry and follow the instructions to upgrade.

Reset the Device

Navigate to Settings > Reset. This will clear all photos and customized events.

Troubleshooting

Cannot upload the photos to the calendar device

If you are unable to upload the photos, please try the following steps:

Check if your calendar device is connected to the Wi-Fi of the router.

Ensure that your mobile device is connected to the Wi-Fi of the router.

Make sure the QR code is displayed on the screen.

Do not use any third-party apps to scan the QR code. Instead, use the built-in camera app to scan the QR code.

Another possible cause is that the images may be corrupted during the download process, preventing them from being displayed in the calendar. Please try taking a photo with your mobile device and check if it can be uploaded.
