There is an issue where some new users are unable to sign in to Office 365 Calendar when they first use 15 Inch SyncGo Digital Calendar.
The issue can be resolved by upgrading to the latest firmware version. Simply connect to Wi-Fi for 24 hours, and the firmware will be upgraded automatically. Please sign in again after the upgrade.
