1. Processing Time

All orders are processed and handed over to our logistics partners within 3 business days. Once your package has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

2. Shipping Destinations & Estimated Delivery

We currently ship to the following regions. Our estimated delivery window is generally 5 to 10 business days after the order has been shipped.

4. Important Requirements

To ensure a smooth delivery experience, please take note of the following:

  • Phone Number Required: You must provide a valid contact phone number at checkout. This is a mandatory requirement by international couriers to coordinate delivery and contact you if there are issues finding your address.
  • Accuracy: Please double-check your shipping address before finalizing your order. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international shipments, please be aware that your order may be subject to import duties and taxes once the shipment reaches your country. Syncgo is not responsible for these charges; they are the responsibility of the recipient.

Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

  • Products must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges.

2. Return Process

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or the wrong item was sent.

3. Exchanges

  • Once we receive your returned item, we will process your exchange and ship out the new item at no additional charge.

4. Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

5. Defective or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • We will provide a prepaid return label and ensure a replacement or refund is issued promptly.

6. Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom or personalized calendars are non-returnable unless defective.
