Cannot connect to play.google.com when sign in Google Calendar.
Please try the following steps:
- Power off the device and then restart it.
- After the reboot, check if the internet connection is working. The weather icon should appear in the top right if the connection is active. If it isn’t working, try using a different network, such as a mobile hotspot.
- Verify that the date and time are correct. If they are not, go to Settings > Date & Time and ensure the Use network-provided date & time option is turned on.
- Open your Calendar account and check if Google can sign in.
Cannot upload the photos to the calendar device
If you are unable to upload the photos, please try the following steps:
- Check if your calendar device is connected to the Wi-Fi of the router.
- Ensure that your mobile device is connected to the Wi-Fi of the router.
- Make sure the QR code is displayed on the screen.
- Do not use any third-party apps to scan the QR code. Instead, use the built-in camera app to scan the QR code.
Another possible cause is that the images may be corrupted during the download process, preventing them from being displayed in the calendar. Please try taking a photo with your mobile device and check if it can be uploaded.
