Troubleshooting for uploading photos

If you are unable to upload the photos, please try the following steps:

  1. Check if your calendar device is connected to the Wi-Fi of the router.
  2. Ensure that your mobile device is connected to the Wi-Fi of the router.
  3. Make sure the QR code is displayed on the screen.
  4. Do not use any third-party apps to scan the QR code. Instead, use the built-in camera app to scan the QR code.
