If you have used Google calendar account on the device, please follow the steps below.
- Press and hold the screen for 2 seconds, select Settings, then choose Remove account, follow the instructions to remove the account.
- Go to Settings-> Clear photos to delete all photos.
- Go to Settings->Start wizard. It will clear all the cache.
If you use other calendar account, please follow the below steps.
- Press and hold the screen for 2 seconds, select Settings->Clear photos.
- Go to Settings -> Start wizard, it will clear the calendar account and start wizard after the reboot.
Note: Please DO NOT use the power button to reset the device. It will delete the calendar app on the device and cannot be restored.
