Troubleshooting for SyncGo Digital Calendar

If the calendar device cannot sync with Google Calendar, please try the following steps:

  1. Check the Wi-Fi connection. Ensure that the Weather icon displays correctly and that the displayed time is accurate. If the time is incorrect, it indicates a network disconnection. Try using another Wi-Fi router or reboot the calendar device and retry.
  2. Go to Settings -> Calendar and check if the necessary calendars are selected to be shown.
  3. Go to Settings -> Check for updates and upgrade the firmware to the latest version.
  4. Press and hold the screen for 2 seconds, then select “Sync Calendars…”. Review the information for manually syncing calendars.

  1. We were synced with our google calendar, we unplugged the device and moved it, now we lost everything on it and it says we’re not logged in but it won’t let us log in again..
